Kwaliti: You've got a couple of problems here:
-This tile doesn't blend very well with other tiles. You'll need to make the appropriate blending blocks.
-This doesn't look much like a wooden floor. At first glance I thought that was actually something soft, like foam. It needs to have a pretty flat appearance, which it doesn't, due to the way it's executed.
-Shading's all over the place. You need to have a relatively uniform shading for tilework.
-The lines between the blocks and the actual block design give a pretty vague appearance. One may think you were pursuing the effect like on the tiles above.
