There are no artifacts, the HD file is uploaded itself, what's compressed is the JPEG file uploaded here...
Below is a screenshot of the default camera and view, footmen are scaled to 1.00 the selection scale is on 3.00 and as you can see there are still barely any artifacts.

Have you made it from scratch or have you used some materials besides your work. Looks quite neat so far.

All from scratch, a few basic pen strokes within photoshop.

Maybe lower down the opacity? It looks quite distracting when you have lots of units selected and maybe make it a bit smaller.
