why was my model deleted

Yesterday i submitted a model, and for some reason it was deleted off the page. why did this happen, please mail me the answer, or somehow contact me.

I didnt see any model that got deleted either, and I'm every day online.
What kind of model was this?

It was A life saver, you know, the things you throw off boats to pull somone back on the boat, there red and white.

Well, if it wasnt me and it wasnt Mecheon, that leaves only 1 other person...and that person likes to delete things if the poly count is high...
