If the attacker is Neutral Hostile and casts spell, it works.
If the attacker is Player and casts spell, not works.
I have opened the map, selected all doodads, deleted, tested map and IT WORKS.
What - is - happening - to - my - map?
Currently it works after UNDO but it is suspicious.
