New spellpack this time for White Rock Shooter, a more tame and maybe melee friendly spellpack this time:ugly:
Had fun making and testing it during my free times, and had to test using the hero myself on a melee map for a couple of games to check for bugs and other stuff from the kit, but if I miss some do tell:grin:
This pack contains 5 skills


Whenever White Rock Shooter's skills deal any damage on an enemy unit using her skills, each affected enemy will be applied by a stacking debuff that reduces the target's Movement Speed by 7% for 3 seconds with a maximum of 5 stacks (35%). The fifth stack consumes all stacks to deal 10 + [0.5 AGI] damage and stun the target for 0.75 seconds. Stack comsuption has a CD of 5 seconds

White Rock Shooter swings her scythe around herself within 250 radius without interrupting her own movement, dealing 70/105/140 + [0.95 AGI] damage and applying a Spirit-biding Coffin stack to each target hit.

White Rock Shooter gains 20% bonus Attack Damage and Movement Speed for 6 seconds. When White Rock Shooter is attacked by an enemy hero, she will gain a shield that can absorb 200/260/320 + [0.6 AGI] damage for 5 seconds and reset the duration of Attack Damage and Movement Speed buffs to be the same as the duration of the shield effect, the buff effects will be instantly removed when the shield is destroyed. The Spirit-biding Coffin stack will be applied to any enemies who deal damage to White Rock Shooter while her shield is active

White Rock Shooter sends out 5 waves of energy in a line while being able to move at the Movement Speed that is reduced by 60% for 1.2 seconds, each wave deals 50/75/100 + [0.2 AGI] damage and applies a Spirit-binding Coffin stack to all enemies hit.

(Passive) - Every 15 seconds, White Rock Shooter gains a stack of Lament Saint Slash, she can store them up to 3 stacks. Instantly grants 1 stack when killing an enemy hero.
(Active) - White Rock Shooter consumes a Lament Saint Slash stack to teleport on the target area, before slashing around herself and dealing 350 + [1.7 AGI] damage to all nearby enemies.

cool aesthetic, and the heroes fairly fun to play. The W seems a bit out of sync with the rest of the kit, but its mobility which atleast jives with what the hero wants.

The innate could use a bit of adjusting I feel like, you can pretty much only proc it with E. I don't think you can ever proc it with Q/R, which is maybe intentional but prevents a kit that would otherwise allow for some fluid gameplay to feel a bit 1-dimensional.


You should use Flare as a base for the ult, since its charge based.

For the E, I could adjust it so it only gives one stack per skill use regardless of the instance of damage it gives per unit it hits
It was kinda intentional since my first concept of it is she throws 5 balls in line like a bullet instead of the continous waves and each balls gives 1 stack to all it hits and it stacks if it hits the same unit, but I thought its just tauren's Shockwave with extra steps xd, but its just my own opinion, i dunno if its better
The W is originally just a life regen and attack speed that I based on the BRS wiki, but after testing her out in melee in some times, I thought since her skills are mostly closed ranged and she's supposed to be squishy, I remade the W to give barrier and AS and MS instead
