Which tool can i use for recoloring purposes?

Use GIMP.
In GIMP, you have some smart tools allowing you to recolor a skin in literally seconds.

Took me around 30 seconds, maximum.
The only problem is to get familiar with the tool, if you are not experienced in Photoshop and/or image manipulation.
For a uniform recolor I recommend to note down what setting ins color, brightness and strength you used when recoloring your first skin, so all other ones use the same settings.
