First link I found with a search. You will see search above the top of this thread.

If you have trouble with the hives search. Try this Google Search. Just replace "ui tutorials" with what you are looking for.

Obviously you don't get me...I want custom ALREADY maked UI skins...not to create a one..

This site doesn't have custom UIs. You may find some at wc3c, although even there you won't find much.
