What to do with 100$?

I recently collected 100 euros, and since I have this piece of junk:
1,5 GB RAM
Intel Celeron 2.53 GHz
GeForce 6200

In the means of graphic card and processor, what can I upgrade for 100 euros?

A better graphic card (you can get 9800 graphic cards for 100 dollar I think)

or

A dual core processor.

What is better? I know that when I had GF7300 played Street Fighter 4 on 40 FPS, now barely 3 FPS...

No, he has a crappy celeron 2.53ghz! Anything over a HD 4350 or a 9400GT wouldn't even be used to it's fullest potential!

He needs a better processor before he can get a decent graphics card

But srsly, I have nvidia geforce 9500gt which costs about 79 euros and i like the performance (besides the whole 4 fan setup and it's STILL overheating) although having a new graphics card would be a good idea, a new processor (preferrably AMD for it's awesomeness) would be a much better idea in my opinion

how the heck did you people get a GF9000+ under 100 dollars/euros (doesn't really matter) :O
I've got a GT9500, which has cost me over 150 euros
I would recommend intel dual core.
