What Other Tool, than the WE opens a Map File, and Makes Heroes (add them) and add spells,icon and Model.

Please Tell Me. I'm a big Newbie.

Not like WEU, WEU is a Add-on to the WE, I'm asking if there's a other tool other than the WE/WEU, that can edit existing heroes from a map that changes icon,model,spells?
