Depends on your way of play, Humans are very balanced and have great heroes. Orcs have very destructive units like the tauren, demolisher and batrider. Undead are excelent for attacking and killing units in high speed. Nightelves are fantastic in defence because of their moonwells, as well as for ambushes because of shadowmeld.
