What is it that makes this a model, and not a skin? cause you can easily alpha the knife and staff..

I think it looks good though the face is sweet.

Well I made lots of changes on the face, deleted the knife and the staff, and I changed much more little things.

i dont like the hoof and cape.

Reshape the boots, and see if you can make his attack animation like a DH spin, with the attachment of a saber. If you can animate, also make like a force push for spell

Well, I can't animate... but I can transfer anims.

Well, see if a demon hunter's spin works well on DM. Also, the shaman attack, ogre spell, and several other animations look a lot like force push. You might need more bones though
