WEU Load/Save....Help...

I downloaded WEU to make load/save...but I don't really know how to make it yet...
How can I make it that 10 players can load and save heroes and they can only load them once in the game so that they can't have more than one hero...?

bullz.....you reported my post to moderator ?...moderator has no right to delete my last post..cause its not against or breakin the rules..last post contained words that telling this idiot Eusira to understand and learn how to respect other peoples,,cause he always shit there and Talkin shi,t about other peoples map and he can't even make a good map better than peoples...
