Weird problem with my 2nd skin

Can someone please try out this skin in Warcraft Viewer or in game? For some reason it just shows up as a big red blob in Warcraft Viewer. If you know how to fix this, please tell me. I put a lot of time into this

what are u using? gimp doesn't do that... so... what are u using?

a way to fix (gets rid of team color completely) select whole skin and save.

I'm using Photoshop Elements. And what do you mean by "select the whole skin"?

ok well i had same problem... right click the skin and click select all... then save it... it will get rid of team color completely... or if u want team color ask if someone can give u a link to Gimp... that u can draw over team color without it messing up

i told u... right click your image in Photo shop... then click on select all then save

Dude, it's an orc. lol.
And I did that. I right clicked on the image, clicked select all, and clicked save. Than I tried to look at it in Warcraft Viewer and the same thing happened, it was just a red blob -_-

o its an orc? lol doesn;t look like one... also test ingame... not just veiwer... they produce different things.

alos as a helpful hint... get gimp... works alot better

Well, I tried it in game, and it still doesnt work -_-
units\human\HeroBloodElf\HeroBloodElf.blp that's the path I used, is it right?

I would also suggest making the skin into an Orc
Not just the face and hair, redo the entire thing

Went into Adobe Photoshop 7
Loaded the normal Blood Mage skin
Pasted yours onto it
Alphaed out the ears and eyebrows, seeing as they weren't changed
And there ya have it

Look at orcs!
Just look at them!
Copy their armor onto them!
Do NOT copy and paste though

He means the orcs style and such.. copy the style and such...but dont select and copy and paste directly he means copy manually by freehand.
