I need triggers for a weather and disaster system for my map..
Specifications:
WEATHER(sunny, rainy, snowy, windy..)
>My map is divided into regions and certain regions within a certain period of time changes weather.Example: countries near the middle of the map(Equivalent to Earth's Equator) experiences 2 types of weather, rainy and sunny weather. I need triggers for this, but I want them to be triggered randomly(by chance)ensuring that the weather won't be predictable.
>weather affects buildings and units, for example windy weather slows all unit's movement..rainy weather triggers all citizens to run into houses(In my map citizens are periodically created in houses and these houses can load units inside)..Snowy weather stuns or stucks units in place for a certain period of time..
DISASTER(earthquake,tsunami, volcanic eruption, meteor hit, plague, fire, avalanche, heat wave , famine (ALL INCOME GENERATING STRUCTURES' GOLD PRODUCTION IS HALVED etc..)
>Randomly triggered on a certain region as well.
>All players are informed whenever a disaster occurs, stating where it happened.
I WILL CREDIT ANYONE WHO COULD HELP ME WITH THIS ONE ON MY MAP..
