Weaponless Models

Hey I was downloading all the attatchment models in the models section when I thought; "why doesn't someone make units that don't have weapons so I can attatch them?" I just thought I'd request a couple of units without weapons / shields, such as the Footman, Grunt, maybe a few hero's etc. If this has already been suggested then call me a "noob" and delete this post, lol.

A better way is to create them youself.
Download Oinkerwinkle's vertex modifier from this link.
There's a tutorial in Oinkerwinkle.com, so I suggest you read it.

This is the link to War3 Viewer. It lets you extract models from Warcraft III, so you can modify them in the vertex modifier.

Oh yeah, if you're willing to post the weaponless models on wc3sear.ch models section, putting them all in 1 folder will be very helpful for downloaders.

Thank's alot Dark Destroyer, I'll get right on it. And yes if I manage to successfully remove the weapons from the models I'll be sure to post them in the Models section.

umm...

i have the right skinning programs and i can remove the weapons faster,easier and more effectivly then oinkerwinkles... if you need a weaopon tooken off ask me...i can remove all the weapons off 3/4 of all wc3 units with skinning.so dont post weaponless models in the model section UNLESS the can not be removed by skinning. need me to remove them pm me.

yes, but models take much less space than skins. so its more effective to make them models.
