Yes its true, & perhaps someone should make this a policy that evryone who logged in must vote first before anything else or if they will not, things unnatural will happen.

I think that's rather abusive and it is what a loser site would do.

Each time a site forces me to vote it is mostly because it is a warez site or something like that
