I've tried to look where the Warning area is when displaying a text message, but I can't find it. All other area's appear though. Does anybody know where the Warning area is and when I can display a text that's supposed to appear in the Warning area?

I've attached 2 images (1 in cinematic mode and 1 without) of all other area places if anybody wants to use it as reference.
