Well I assume the user made the image into an icon with Shadow Daemon's Button Manager or derivatives.
Not mandatory but I feel it would be nice to credit.

In ported it doesn't matter either way really.. you can credit the program or not.

But in AI section you need to credit the program used to create that icon.

But more information's better than none.
