Warcraft III TD Trigger Edit Not leak unless person is there & survivor mode, ...?

Hi,

Happy 2009 second day everyone! May it be a great one!

I have a Warcraft III DBZ TD map, which I also attached in this message!

How would the map be edited to where the triggers would only leak if a person/computer was there like if the space was empty no leaking, or if the person/computer left no leaking? Please and thank you!

How would it also be set to survivor mode with the triggers to where if you leak your loss rather then a group loss? Please and thank you!

Right now the title of the map is called DBZ TD The Last Saysens when you create the map from warcraft. How would that also be changed to something like DBZ TD w/ Hero (Survivor) or something like that instead when the game is created also? Please and thank you!

How would I also change the suggest player to 1-8 (survivor) instead of Full House also? Please and thank you!

After the map is start, while the map is loading there is a description there that tells a little bit about the map. How would add to that description to say something like there is a hero when first starts, Survivors, and edited by [email protected] or something like that? Please and thank you!

Umm, technically no triggers should ever leak when possiable (strings leak no matter what but only once per unique string). Thus either someone is there or not is not an excuse to let data leak. I would advise reading leak tutorials and then doing the appropiate action on all leaks in the map.

Worst leaks are group and location leaks. Other leaks are far less common than those. Especially in GUI this is a problem. In JASS common leaks are handle index leaks from non-nulled locals and group leaks (locations are avoided via using a dual local real which stores X and Y where possiable).

Fixing leaks takes like 10 seconds while making the trigger, so think ahead and plan how you will stop leaks.

I recon, if it was all JASS it would take 3-4 hours to deleak, as GUI is horriable for easy modifications, probably 6 hours. I dought anyone would spend their time deleaking that map honestly.

I was able to figure out everything except the survivor part. Thanks for helping me!

I reattached the map with what i was able to fix so far thanks to help! The map says survivor, however, that part is not fixed yet just ready for when able to be fixed!

I would also love to get the map Survivor mode where if you leak it is your loss rather then if you leak then Team loss? Please and thank you!

I looked on Game Mode & Lives and there is already Triggers in there Choose Game Mode, Survivor Choosen, and Team Choosen, however, there is no button for red to click on for Survivor nor is there anything that I am able to see to type either? Please and thank you!

I also tried to look in the varible which I have no clue what I am looking at, however, there does not appear to be anything there for teams nor Survivors? Please and thank you!

The map is set right now to where if 1 person leaks everyone leaks it is a team loss and I would like to set the map to be if 1 person leaks it is that person leaking loss Survivor loss instead of team loss? Please and thank you!
