Warcraft 3 Image Graphic Utility??

hmm. I see you have Vista, Vista sucks. Try to do this:

- Right click -> launch as Administrator

Maybe this could help. If this dont help, then download this from somewhere else. Maybe the Data is corrupt or somthin...

yeah vista does sucks..
i runned it as administrator, but it wont let me like open up an image
when i try that
A little program comes up like this

You're obviously missing the file "Comdlg32.ocx". I've had this problem with every computer I have had. Google it and you should be able to download it off the Microsoft website, assuming you're using a Windows Operating System.
