W3C Worst Problem for me!

I have a spell POISON FIELD that is a custom spell. Its hotkey is working, its trigger is working. When my friends test the hero that has POISON FIELD in the early game is working but after time passes it suddenly dont work. How?

When my friend press the hotkey it wont be casted
My friend manually click the icon then it wont work. I know that you know that when you click the icon of the spell the sides turns green or it show cooldown. But when my friend click it,it dont even show cooldown or sides turns green. Its just like the spell is passive but clickable.Sorry but i really dont know how to explain it but really guys i really need your help.
The start of the game all abilities is working but suddenly all crashed down that they wont work.

Why i can't solve this problem?

-First
It happens at random time...sometimes after 5 sometimes after 10.
-Second
Not all heroes abilities. Sometimes this hero spell isn't working while the others is working then after how many minutes it works again while the others won't!
-Third
Not all game. When i play my map that problem dont show up!... I played the game and all the skills work until the end.
When i played the game again. The problem is there!
Fourth
I already check the trigger 10X but i could not find the problem

yeah, this is the wrong are to ask that

also, you might want to link us to your map and stuff
after all, if people are already doing the service of helping you, the least you can do is provide them with direct access to the resources they require

Weird problem... Check your variables and triggers. Make sure the instructions don't contradict them selves while used by other players as well.
