Looks somewhat like a better replacement for entangling roots icon.Nice looking anyway.

Looks like snakes. Anyways, it's not really precise what the vines are entangling. The ATC icon doesn't look too nice as the yellow corner borders have a similar hue to the overall picture.

Wow, this is very useful for me, and yes, they do look like snakes in a way, but you can still tell that they are vines.

I agree with deepstrasz. It's hard to know what the vines are (of course, accompanied with a tooltip, it could be understood.) If the vines were entangling something we could easily identify (is that a ghost?), I think it could make it better. Anyways, it could have its uses, and it seems largely different than the entangle icon, so it is unique. Honestly, doubling as snakes/vines might be a good thing, since it could be used in more ways.
Originally was a 3/5, but I suppose since they could be used as snakes or vines and no one would argue, I'll do 4/5 Nice job.
