Villager Icon with left and right arrow

I need two icons of the villager icon (ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNVillagerMan.blp) with a left and a right arrow on it. Would be great if the arrows would look like http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/icons-541/btncrleftbook-198468 and http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/icons-541/btncrrightbook-198469 since these are the icons which are used for changing the grimoire pages.

The two required icons will be used to change the shown class.

What do you think about these ?

I didn't know where to put the arrow, so there is a top, a middle and a bottom version of each.
The colour variation of the .jpg is not the colour of the icon.
