Vertex Modifier Runtime Error 9

So... um... i solved all my previous issues with the Vertex Modifier and stuff... but then,when i'm all smiley and shit thinking "HOOORAY! TIME TO LEARN MODELING!" VM drops this bomb on me. "Runtime Error 9 - Subscript out of Range!". It happens ONLY when loading .MDLs into the program which is fun because the only format compatible with it just so happens to be .MDL

Any help is welcome and will be thanked.
