Emmits a cloud of neuro-toxins around the hero, causing enemies in the area to be slowed heavily and to take poison damage each second while on it. The hero becomes invisible when activated, and if the hero strikes from invisibility a target that's on the cloud it will take extra damage and become stunned for 1/2/3 seconds.
