Using iTunes music in maps

You mean music that you bought in iTunes?
It is legal, I think. But I'm afraid you cannot copy it. I heard it has a kind of protection.
 
Depends on the licence you own for the music. I imagine this varies from song to song depending on publisher but could also just be a blanket licence that Apple places on all downloaded song.

If that allows distribution of the song publicly then you will be alright.

I highly doubt many songs offer such a licence. As such chances are this is illegal in most countries.
