use abilities of not owned units?

this will sound insane but, it is posible to use an ability or an update of units that are allied but doesnt share control?. If this is posible tell me how pls

I figured it out. Just change the owner of the unit when it's close and retrieve the control when it goes away

There is the one shop ability that does what you are after if I recall. It keeps the units with their owners but allows nearby unit owners to use abilities that unit has (still lcast from the unit and its owner).
