Ive been trying to upload a screen shot! I have it saved to my pictures and i hit browse, choose it, and hit upload but it keeps saying theres an error.. Is it because its .bmp at the end, if so how do i change it!

Bmp files are not what you should use. Try converting it to a Jpeg or Png file instead. For lack of a better program, you can open it in MS paint and save it as a png or jpeg file there.
