Unit in RANGE question

i just want to know something. is the range in "Unit Group - Units In Range" in radius or diameter? like when in 300 range of UnitA, is it from UnitA then 300 to UnitB? or UnitA then 150 to UnitB (making UnitA in the center of a circle with 300 diameter)?

The number Indicates the Radius around the point (or unit).
As far as I know, there is no function that uses a diameter for a circular area.
