Unit facing - locking body parts

Ok im having some trouble, most of the time the make unit face unit works fine, and locking body parts to. But sometimes, the unit's locked body part wont face right, or the unit wont turn at all. is there a way to stop this from happening?

Maybe yo should reset all body part lock and reset unit animation, so the unit will back to normal (no any animation on it) and it should be like it was.
