Unable to load a campaign map

Hello, I recently released my newest campaign, but some people have been having a problem that when they get to this one map, it won't load for them. They just get a black screen and then return to the campaign menu.

I know that one of the reasons why the map wouldn't load would be that a map itself is too big because of the imports, but that's impossible since I have very little imports in that map.

So, I'm trying to find out what the problem could be. I mentioned that they should get the newest patch of Warcraft 3, but one person said he/she has the newest patch and it still won't load, and another said he/she didn't even have the newest one and was able to play it.

I really don't know what else could be the cause. This never happened to me so I don't know how to fix it, it just happened to a few people. If there is anyone who knows a bit more about this, I could really use some help.

EDIT: Another person just said that he/she patched to the newest version and way able to play it.

You could post the campaign. Are you using the return bug?

Here, [thread=245153]Rise of the Blood Elves Enchanted Edition[/thread]. The bug happens in Chapter Three.

And I'm not sure what the return bug is.

I believe it's patch related for the issue, it happens to some maps.

Hmm, I'm not sure if the case is this return bug, because then the map shouldn't work for me as well, right?

Maybe the reason to make you map not working is Return bug, I just want to tell me the problem I met in my campaign and how do I solve it.

My Issue

Maps in the campaign :
1.w3x
2.w3x

I tested that I can go to 2.w3x from 1.w3x but when I back to 1.w3x from 2.w3x, it gives me an error say Disconnected

After I using Preload, this issue was solved.

Check if there's a model/icon is corrupted?

Another person said that patching to the newest version didn't work, but he/she reinstalled the game, patched and now it works. So, solved!
