[Miscellanous / Other] UltraCraft new faction: Ouran Corps

I have an idea in mind for the UltraCraft series -- the Ouran Corps, based on the "Ouran Corps Host Rangers" mentioned in Ouran High School Host Club manga. This faction is mentioned in the UltraCraft 1: Skirmish - Battlescape.

I would like to make it the "alternative" sworn enemy of Bowser's Koopa Empire and one of the sworn enemies of the Illidari Empire.

I'm not sure about this idea, and there is currently no models and icons for the units of the Ouran Corps in the Hive.

I also don't know about the techtree and the abilities, as well as the extra characters for the Ouran Corps......how can I start?

Any suggestions?
