Its good to see you're uploading new version of this map, like you know it has been already approved. You might next time use the "UPDATE" button because this will cause some issues.
Anyway there was a post of Rui (previous version):
This map has been approved. Taking the following parameters: Terrain, Inginuity, Replay Value, Fun Factor, Imported Material, Single-Player/Multi-Player Compability, AI Support, Originallity, Balance, Machine/Net Friendly, Bugs, Package and Effort/Quality, the final score is ~66,3%. This means your map is Satisfactory, but keep trying to do better! Have a nice modding, and thanks for using The Hive Workshop.

Global Changes:

-When a region is opened up by -or command, the player owning that region looses 30% income
-Entering player also looses 30% income, excluding if the original territory owner has left the game
-Cray salamander HP increased by 2000, increased regeneration and gained a 3 sec spell shield
-Blocking an undefeatable will still result in exploding but the AoE is 2 times greater and will destroy everything
-Undefeatable became spell immune
-Forest Protector, Monolith, Farm build limit fixed
-Treasure Wagon HP increased by 33000, movement speed changed to 485
-If you cancel the construction of an ultimate building now it is avaliable for building again
-Fixed one player having more builders bug
-No more attacker bosses
-New boss: Elder sasquatch (disabler, between wagon and undef)
-If a player quits others gain 30-30% from the leaving players income
-If a player quits others gain 5-5 extra lumber per round
-Every unit stronger then chaos rider costs 2 lumbers from now on
-Added First Leak
-Added kick (usage: -kick color (blue, teal, purple, yellow, orange))
-Various small upgrades and fixes



Race changes:

-New race: Fire Mercenaries

Troll:
-Troll Shadowhunter no damage fixed

Ghost:
-Fear aura and spirit chain nerfed

Evolution:
-Human food cost back to 1

Bandit:
-Scouts attack speed changed from 1 to .9, range from 500 to 550
-Militia range changed from 300 to 420
-Sniper range changed from 980 to 908, maximum damage nerfed, critical slightly nerfed

Ogre
-New unit: Living Spirit

Demon:
-Portal gold cost changed from 500 to 400

Human:
-Farm became vulnerable (due to a blocking issue)

Necron:
-Monolith became vulnerable (due to a blocking issue)

Demon:
-Possessed Gnome gold cost changed from 4 to 3

Global Changes:

-First leak cinematic shows red if top looses life and blue if bottom.
-Spell breakers armor type changed to light
-Runner armor type changed to unarmored
-New unit: Dire Wolf
-New unit: Dragon Turtle
-Some tier 2 and 3 unit strength changes
-Fixed treasure wagons income bonus
-Increased Elder Sasquatchs armor and auras effectiveness, but decreased AoE by 100
-Decreased Parallel Voids and Gargoyles aura AoE by 100
-Increased first leak bounty by 2.5%
-At game end towers do not disappear anymore
-Lot of small fixes
-Shrine tier 3 upgrade cost changed from 3000 to 5000
-Explosion radius due to blocking reduced to 300 on normal units and 600 on undef
-Income loss upon entering territory reduced from 30% to 20%
-Added mirror mode (code: -arm, as it is only working in allrandom)
(note that there are couple of races you cant get currently in arm: bright paladin, crypt lord, ogre, night elf, flame mistress; They will be continously added in future versions)
-Shrine autoupgrades at 2500 and 50000 income (limits ment to be such high, mainly for newbies)
-Upgrading to shrine 3 costs now 20000

Note to allrandom mirror mode: players across each other get the same builder. First the game chooses a /builder for anyone just like in allrandom. Secondly instantly performs mirroring, both of you gets the /same builder, there is 50-50% chance to get your or your enemies builder.

Pairing: Red - Orange, Blue - Yellow, Teal - Purple

If there is no enemy across, then there is the chance that you dont get any hero.

-Living spirit: increased effectiveness of ethereal bless and grant, also reworked their descriptions
-Nerfed Raw Strenght on behemoth to .2%

Flame Mistress:
-Nerfed Cleansing fire to 1%
-Bosskiller is not working on undefeatable (cleansing fire works)
-Doubled Scout Hawks HP
-Sense Weakness upgrade level is limited to one and gives +2% threshold

Human:
-Proudmoore got one slot for weapons, increased base damage by 100
-Reworked Proudmoores swords
-Basic Guard tower minimum damage and attack speed increased slightly
-All canon type towers AoE increased by 25
-1 new Research
-1 new Weapon

Chaos:
-Boar slightly strengthened, can be upgraded to Wolf Rider
-Warchief slightly strengthened, gold cost changed from 2800 to 3300
-Chaos stalkers price changed from 370 to 13700, strength changed accordingly

Night Elf:
-Marsh druid hotkey fixed, faire fire and slow slightly buffed
-Huntress normal damage bounces once, damage against fortified armored units increased by 25
-Basic Archers maximum damage increased by 1
-Hippogryph Riders gold cost reduced by 30, damage slightly increased

Mountain:
-Stone dwarf can be upgraded to Mountain Giant, added small splash damage
-Buffed trembling Power
-Buffed Ice shock slightly

Demon:
-Possessed gnome price changed from 4 to 3, maximum damage increased by 1
-Lava gnome base and maximum damage increased by 1-1

Forester:
-Mammoth Spike cooldown decreased from 15 to 9 seconds
-Increased Mammoth Trees damage by 1200 and attack speed slightly, also given a new skill: Great Hit

Forsaken:
-Nether Strike has triple effectiveness on tentacles
-1 new Research
-Reworked nether essence
-Increased nether voids maximum damage by 1
