needs more coloration.. try to add brown and red stains to his skin, more gore and also, shading and highlights :]

that hair could be replaced by something else... it ruins the look like that :/

Pros:
- The idea to make a troll zombie.
- Decent blood effect.
- The extra teeth in the wrap makes justice.

Cons:
- Basic hue/saturation recolor on the troll body.
- Monotonous gray skintone.
- Lacks contrasts (mainly the body, making it look like a white blob ingame).
- Hair could have been redone to fit the undead theme.
- Most of the freehanded parts lack some shading.

Overall:
Great idea, but bad quality.

Gotta say, this looks incredible. I think they would fit for blood trolls. I have seen a few models for abilities that could fit for this one. I imagine a blood drain (hp taken from a unit transfered to a allied perhaps, or to the channeling unit), anyways something with shadow abilities will work nicely.
