Event - units enter region
Condition - Yadayada
Action -

Special effect
Create unit
Hide units
Turn on Trigger dialogbox
Turn of hero selection

Dialogbox

Action - the dialog box stuff

Dialogbox Select

Action -

Add item to last created unit

Now i need the immovable
