...I need help with some triggering, or at least I'd like some info on this certain thing....

In Ice Trolls Tribes and Jungle Troll Tribes, there is body temperature and other factors replacing the resources, now I need to know how to do that since I am making a Permian / Paleozoic Survivor map. The creatures will have moisture level, body temperature, and water oxygen level.
Now, I'm not sure how to do that. If anyone knows and can tell me giving me step-by-step or some clues/hints as to where to go (since mine will not be exactly like IceTrollTribes).
Basically, I just need to know how they did it.

anyone who would like to help can post here or if they also have comment pertaining not only to triggering but also to the map itself, you can, preferably, post in the main thread, right here.

setting wood gold and moisture 0_-

hmm if u wana make it like if the unit (im assuming its a hero type rpg style map) enters a cold area u set temperatur (wood) lower?..i would do it with a region
place a region in cold area that u want and then do
Event-> unit enters region
Action ->set player 1 (red) wood -(whatever degrees u want temp to drop)
then set another trigger for every level of temperature effect u want say he enters a cold area and u want him to move slower
Event player 1 wood >= (say 15)
action-> set unit movement speed to 10 (make him move slow)
and do same thing for every temperatuer/corresponding side effect of that temperature hot cold ect
as for mositure and ext. same basic principle..

im not 100% shure of what ur goal is with this but if that matches up with it at all i hope it gave a good hint to u=) well goodluck sounds little to complicated to be worth doing to me =( would take atleast 3 -4 solid hours to get a non bugg version of something like that to run for more then one unit eek i hop u got caffine
