Transfering Large Inventory System

Hey guys
1 question, how to transfer http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/...ory-159130/?prev=search=inventory&d=list&r=20 to my map?

I just copy pasted the triggers to my map.
Then after that, i cant play my map anymore.

Don't just copy the code. Copy the imports, the destructibles, and then in your map copy an paste the cameras and the pre-placed destructibles in your map, then configure everything in the triggers.

But it's better if you do it yourself, because you need the experience.

I already copied the paths , borders and cameras and still didnt work.

I still dont know what the system are.

Have you also copied the destructibles, set them to the right path?

After which did you copy the regions, cameras, and the doodads in the inventory map?

Here's something you should know about inventory system importing:

-Copy everything in that map that is related to the system (imports, object editor data, triggers, codes, regions, cameras, everything) then put them in your map, make sure everything is pasted and imported correctly, make it sure it fits your map and there you go.

Are there any translation programs that can convert this texts/system to trigger?

Once a trigger has been converted there is no possible way to convert it back into GUI, for now.

I really dont understand this texts Sorry but im really noob , no experiences about this. Just saw this in DIABLO GAME and wanna do it in my map.

There is no tool.

You don't really need to understand the code. Just follow the How to Implement/Import text included in the map. And do what I just told you.

Notice:

That FSI system is very large and very complicated to work with... You would need coding knowledge to implement it fully...

Importing it is the easiest part of using that system...

If ur not experienced with scripts, I really suggest that you stay away from that system for now... Or find someone who will do the job for you...

well, I haven't tried out that system by Ghost and I haven't encountered that problem in any other system yet so I cannot really help out with that... sorry...

But I think its either, WE don't recognize those IDs or WE tries to find those IDs but they aren't there...

That's not the dummy unit. The dummy unit is laid face up so we could see it's face from above using the camera.

And the problem you're getting about the invalid objects are probably coming out from the destructibles' importing.

EDIT: If the problem still persists, since I don't have time to import it on your main map maybe I can post a test map where it is imported. Do you want that?

If ur planning to use it as a reference, I believe that's the same as him looking at the settings on the test map of the spell...

Yeah, you're probably right. But I remember when I first imported the system I had troubles too, but then I realized it was with the way I imported the destructibles, and I fixed it after that.

about the dummy, maybe he just forgot to set the angle (it might have been reset after the copy paste)...

The dummy's angle may be reset after the paste? For me it never did reset, so importing the dummy was easy...

Those Invalid Objects might be the custom units, abilities and such in the original map itself. Maybe try copy/pasting them to your map

And additional advice: Sometimes when you copy/paste a trigger or a Code into your map without the following materials, your trigger or code can be altered so it is better to compare your trigger with the original trigger so you can be sure.

^ They are are actually the destructibles; and he's not good with the codes so maybe he's having difficulty there.

Well , the icons dont appear in my screen and the item was unselectable._What's your problem with selection?_What's your problem with selection?( The "empty" icons disappears and didnt overwrite the item being manipulated)

Reasonable Explanation:

1.) You have reached your rep limit for the day (you can give 10 reps a day)
