Try not to use that gray backgrounds anymore, it throws off the quality of the overall icon when finished. The green go inside the bottle, i don't like those parts that are coming upwards, they look really weird. I would maybe add bubbles coming from the goo instead of those lines coming up.

not bad, but could use improvements. as the panda suggested, gray backgrounds aren't that suitable for wc3 icons. to be honest though i don't think it's too bad in this case.

the liquid's surface needs highlights to match the light source implied by your shading of the flask/bottle, whilst the corkscrew needs shading.

The grey background has killed the icon, substandard as the author is not willing to update it.
