TextPad
A good replacement for Notepad. A free download version available.

Demo JASS Syntax Checker by Jeff Pang
Used to check the syntax of your AI script. A really invaluable tool. Available also in the tool download section.
Requirement for Windows: Java Runtime Environment

JASS Manual by Jeff Pang
Another invaluable tool, especially its API browser. It is a good idea to download it on the hard disk.

JASS syntax file for TextPad by Joep Moritz
Adds coloring of the jass code to the editor. Recommended!
Right click the link to Save it. If it does not work, get the Zip file. The jass.syn file must be copied to Samples directory under TextPad.
