Tome mod for WC3 TFT

I did some modding in Starcraft and enjoyed mods that altered the upgrades to unlimited but the price kept going up as well. In short I was wondering if there is a existing mod that...

1. allows you to purchase tomes in your buildable item shops (ex: human arcane vault)

or

2. a mod that allows you to upgrade past 3.

I would prefer a mod that allows you to do this on the in game campaigns or atleast on regular maps without having to alter each one.

Well, you can do both of those things in the editor. I expect you might find how to do that kind of thing in some tutorials around the site.

The only tutorial I found told me how to edit those conditions in each map. I want it to be a constant change no matter which map I play.

for tomes, go to your shop, scroll down, and near the bottom theyll be something like purchaseable items. and u can edit it from there.

From what I can tell, he wants to get a modification program for Warcraft III that would make upgrades in any Warcraft map unlimited and have cost that goes up with them.

He's not asking about World Editor, he's asking about using a mod for the game itself. Which I think is illegal...not sure though.

Anyway, I doubt such a modification exists.

Making it permant is not recommendable as it prevents you from playing this game multiplayer and will but custom maps.

Also this has nothing to do with this site so why is it here?

Your best bet is you make a custom campaign and edit that to have your upgrades. Don't modify all of wc3 if you play with people other than yourself.
