ToK: BC v1.37Q BETA

panther-anthro: Great Map, but French-canadian is working on making 1.37 he already has the beta version done, so I don't see a reason to approve this when french himself will release 1.37 here.

1)ark_NiTe: Then this map status shall be set to ignored. If any other map moderators have a problem with this then let me know.
