Timer in Timer

I have a question: Is it possible to make timer which uses Handle Vars, and is running by function which is starting by other timer? I'm trying to do my third JASS spell and I want to use it, to make better effect, if it's possible.

Yes you would use the event: Timer expires. i.e. when the dissinated timer expires the trigger will run.
