Tier Buildings

I am trying to tier a building like
Ex: Tier 1 TH = Tier 2 TH
something like that and i am wondering how to do that with a model.

if you want to use only one model, i believe it's a little hard to find one like that.
but if you have found one, open the tier 2/3 building in the object editor and change the Art - Required Animation Names, for example, the human keep uses upgrade and first and the castle uses upgrade and second.
