I'm playing solo 2.3.2 and this guy became unselectable after he activated the elevator, now i'm really stuck and i don't know if it is because i don't see something or because this guy is supposed to give me a quest.

As a side note: If you die to the first lasers, you lose 2 lives, maybe it's already fixed but i didn't saw it on the patch notes

If he already activated the elevator then that's all you have to do with him. Proceed through the city.

The laser issue has been reported numerous times, unfortunately other issues are present which takes precedence, since this is a one-time mistake on the players side.
