Unfortunaly, I haven't thought that blp can eat the quality, (original texture can be found here).
You may have a illusion that it's the same tile all around it, but it's false =). It contains 17 unique textures with blended borders (so it tiles perfectly)

It's blurry. It could also use some tile variation.

But with the HD texture looks like an optical illusion to me. Darker shading and sharper details will do the job. Though lacks of tile variation

The Dalaran tileset already has something pretty similar.

As your other skins, this was made using that program... so it doesn't count as CnP
however... it just looks too blurry at the moment. fix that.
