Not that it is relatedto the model at all... But oh well I answear it for you.

It is a raised ground - instead pf cliffs you use the raise ground, with a rock texture.

It is sligthly angled, but you just pick the box form of brush, then use raise ground, holding it down, and have a cliff texture. Not much to it. Else you can always use a model if you want a 100% vertical angled cliff
