Greetings!
I am:
About a year ago, I got fed up with DotA (which is a horribly flawed map, especially for competitive play) so I picked up World Editor and began fooling around with it. Unfortunately, at the time I had barely played any WC3 games so I had no idea how Wc3 worked. I had played no ladder games, maybe a week's worth of DotA playtime and nothing else. After about a week or so of playing around with the Editor, I gave it up as a lost cause and forgot all about it.
Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and I picked up World Editor again, mostly because I needed something to help me procrastinate during finals
. For the past few weeks, I've been working on my map and, because I needed help, I've been lurking these forums for a while.
I thought that since the release of my map is coming up soon, I would introduce myself now and mingle with the community a little bit beforehand. I don't want to seem like I come out of nowhere to advertise my map and then disappear.
So that's me. Nice to meet you!
