Ive based my self on the WOW arcane guardian and in some of the infernal model parts. Its is basically a heavy unit for the BE army wich is a mechanical warrior.

E: the pink glow is like the revenant plasma stuff.

Power Generator skin, it all is in there.

means this is a model using that skin.

For me, this looks like a simple sketch not a model, but its just me. Since I can see flaws that you can usually see on a sketch.
