Texture directory change

No matter what i can't find a tutorial on how to do this. I checked many programs but none of them can change the texture directory on a model. I made a chaos skin of a storm reaver warlock and im trying to change the directory so i can use the regular storm reaver warlock skin and the chaos skin by having 2 different models. Please help :(.
