Terrain Tester Tool?

Still wondering this modern technology tool has not been made yet, if a terrain tester that allows you to open at least 40 tiles and paint it on sample drawing field to check what tiles blend well.

Really, I'm stuck with constantly replacing cliffs and terrain tilesets just to see what fits well to be mixed on. Duh, maybe a tileset tester could help. I'll be glad and thankful if someone does it aside from trigger checkers and optimizers
